A resolution approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between The City of Springfield, Missouri, and the Bargaining Unit of the Springfield Police Officers’ Association (SPOA), Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 22, by authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to acknowledge and deliver the Collective Bargaining Agreement on behalf of the City of Springfield, Missouri, to the Bargaining Unit, and declaring an emergency.
