(Simpson) A special ordinance approving the plans and specifications for Battlefield Road and Fremont Avenue Intersection Improvements, Fremont Avenue Widening and replacement of sanitary sewer infrastructure; accepting the bid of Hartman & Company, Inc., in the amount of $3,151,000.00, for the project; and authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a contract with such bidder.
