About a year ago I decided to make some changes in my life. Walking down the block turned to a mile, then walking 3 miles, then jogging 3 miles. Then I had a knee injury that set me back a little bit. I could have used my knee injury to say ‘Oh, I’m done with this exercise thing,’ but I just needed to balance that injury and modify the way I exercise. Get motivated, regardless of your age or fitness level currently, you can do all kinds of things out there!
