Know Your Parks – Spring 2015

This episode of Know Your Parks is on location at the the Springfield Skate Park, an indoor-outdoor course where skaters of all ages can perfect their Ollies, Grinds and Frontside 180s. We’ll talk about how you can learn to skate. And how would you like to get paid to hang out at the pool this summer? The Park Board is hiring lifeguards and other seasonal workers for the summer! Find out how you can join the team. And it’s not every day you see a church rolling down the street. We’ll take a look at Springfield’s historic Timmons Temple, and how it moved to its new home in Silver Springs Park.
