Have Faith Initiative “Standing in the Gap” Campaign Spot 2

The Have Faith Initiative of Southwest Missouri encourages us all to “Stand in the Gap” of our healthcare heroes during this unprecedented public health crisis.   

The group is asking people to “stand in the gap” for doctors, nurses, nursing home workers, home care providers, and others who are caring for COVID-19 patients in the region.

The group is also asking local businesses to put one of five messages on their marquee signs:

• Pray for Healthcare Workers

• Thank a Healthcare Hero

• We Love Our Healthcare Heroes

• Lift Up Our Healthcare Heroes

• Celebrate Our Healthcare Heroes

The “Have Faith Initiative” is a group of Springfield and Greene County faith leaders who began meeting virtually during the COVID-19 lockdown to determine how they could best work together to meet the needs of the community during the crisis.
