Speakers must sign up with the City Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting to speak to an issue on the agenda. Citizens wishing to submit comments to City Council may do so using the citizen comments form.
Speakers are to limit their remarks to three to five minutes.

A general ordinance amending the Springfield Land Development Code, Section 36-306, ‘Official zoning map and rules for interpretation,’ by rezoning approximately 1.27 acres of property generally located at 2832 East Sunshine Street from R-SF, Single-Family Residential, to O-1, Office District; establishing Conditional Overlay District No. 194; and adopting an updated Official Zoning Map. 25. Council Bill 2021-044 (Hosmer)
A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a contract with ShotSpotter Inc., for the implementation of the ShotSpotter Respond gunfire detection system.

A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, on behalf of the City of Springfield, to enter into an Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement with SGF Sports, LLC, for certain public improvements and incentives to facilitate the development of a Private Athletic Complex in an amount not to exceed a total of $2,100,000; and adjusting the budget of the Public Works Department for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 in the amount of $2,100,000.
